Key Account Business Development Director

Amera Trail seeks a results-driven Key Account Business Development Director to lead and manage a sales team in the Marine/Boating Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent negotiation skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Job Description:The Key Account Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region. This includes identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers, managing and leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against goals.
The successful candidate will also be expected to identify new market opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
