Business Development Consultant

Miller Auto Plaza is seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting sales to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential customers through online research, phone calls, and other marketing efforts
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers to build trust and loyalty
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote sales and increase revenue
- Schedule appointments for the sales or service team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing information on products or services
- Track leads and appointments using a BDC tracker to optimize sales performance
- Follow up with customers to schedule follow-up contacts and maintain a strong relationship
- Update customer information in our database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Generate communications such as letters and emails to schedule follow-up reminders
We are looking for an individual with 1+ year of customer service experience and preferably some sales experience.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
