Work ScheduleThis role requires availability from Wednesday to Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There may be opportunities for additional hours when other team members are unavailable.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Dispatcher will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and dispatching HVAC Service and Electrical Technicians by assessing and optimizing routes.
- Handling incoming calls from existing customers and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring accurate entry of all ticket information into the system.
- Generating dispatch numbers for parts ordered and following up on those orders.
- Scheduling appointments for part installations.

QualificationsTo excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in office or customer service roles (dispatch experience is preferred).
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn scheduling and dispatch software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
- Capability to plan and schedule work proactively.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to provide customers with relevant information for their needs.
- A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
