Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team at Spavia Day Spa. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the face of our spa, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and answer phones, ensuring seamless communication with guests and team members
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of all transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests
  • Membership, spa boutique, and product sales, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services
  • Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products, and our treatments offered for optimal results
  • Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
  • Work as a team player to proactively support the spa's needs, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Professional and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Combined education and previous customer service/administrative and retail experience is strongly desired
