As a key member of our rental department, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning rental and trucking operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with rental technicians to maintain and support our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient equipment delivery and pickup.
- Manage rental inventory, including new and rental stock units, to meet customer demands and optimize rental revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental sales, including lead generation, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes and process rental contracts, ensuring accurate billing and servicing.
- Assist in daily processing and management of technician work orders and time entries, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
