Position Summary

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. Your expertise will be essential in supporting end-users and maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software.Provide direct support to users experiencing technical issues, both in-person and remotely.Act as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software inquiries.Collaborate with IT staff to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.Manage phone and voicemail systems as required.Maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies for effective support.Assist in the deployment of new applications and systems as directed.Participate in additional projects as assigned by the IT Technical Support Manager.
Qualifications

Education: An Associate Degree or equivalent experience is required. A strong understanding of PC hardware and software is essential, along with familiarity with network concepts.

Experience: A minimum of five years in PC and LAN support is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Ability to configure and troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for effective end-user support.

Work Environment

This position requires collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to address technical challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and efficient user experience while adhering to corporate standards.
