Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the replenishment of sub inventories in accordance with established protocols.
  • Support departments in tracking product utilization through the PAR level system.
  • Process and deliver departmental supply requests as per the schedule.
  • Maintain precise records of items that are issued, received, and transferred within the stores.
  • Affix patient charge labels to products and accurately input charges into the computer system.
  • Organize shelves and ensure proper rotation of inventory in the storeroom.
  • Adjust inventory levels to reflect actual usage and variations.
  • Respond to requests and deliver items as needed when answering phone inquiries.
  • Engage in the Annual Physical Inventory process.
  • Complete specific tasks assigned by the supervisor within the department.
  • Ensure cleanliness of sub carts as required.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in materials handling or warehousing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Physical Demands:

This role involves walking, standing, lifting, and maneuvering delivery carts.

Tools and Equipment:

Familiarity with computers, telephones, departmental vehicles, printers, and barcoding systems is necessary.

Decision-Making:

The ability to work independently, maintain organization under pressure, and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality is crucial.
