Position: Client Support Specialist
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Administrator
Objective: To facilitate the daily sales operations at PTR Tool and Plastics, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer service inquiries and calls.
- Manage the sales email inbox and respond to customer communications promptly.
- Process sales orders and oversee daily order entry tasks.
- Prioritize order fulfillment and inform customers about product availability.
- Collaborate with the Shipping/Warehouse team to ensure customer orders are completed and address any issues that arise.
- Input tooling sales orders into the system following receipt of purchase orders from clients; the Client Support Specialist will receive training as a backup to the Sales Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- PTR Tool & Plastics may offer additional training for candidates who do not meet all qualifications.
