As a Speech Therapy Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing in-home programs to address patients' communication, swallowing, and auditory challenges
- Assessing patients' speech and language capabilities, identifying both strengths and weaknesses, and conducting regular evaluations
- Designing and delivering rehabilitative services for speech and language disorders; selecting and applying diagnostic and therapeutic methods and resources
- Training other caregivers and family members on strategies to assist patients in enhancing, correcting, and accepting their conditions

To qualify for the Speech Therapy Specialist role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Speech Therapy
- A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the relevant state
- Valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- A minimum of one year of professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a home health or comparable environment
