About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Glean. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new business opportunities within a designated territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and deliver repeatable bookings
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer success and drive ARR revenue targets
  • Provide timely and insightful input to corporate functions to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of closing experience in sales with a track record of top performance
  • Ability to learn and pitch complex technical products
  • Clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
  • Experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives

OTE Range: $185,000 - $300,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
