Position Overview:

As the Sales Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales strategy and execution. This leadership position calls for a proactive individual with a strategic vision and the capability to motivate and oversee a high-achieving sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass leading sales initiatives, driving revenue expansion, and nurturing robust relationships with essential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Guide, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance market presence and stimulate growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overarching company objectives.
  • Examine sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and provide strategic insights.
  • Oversee the creation of sales training programs to elevate the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the skill to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving excellence.
  • 10+ years of experience in media or sponsorship sales.
  • 4+ years in a management role.
