Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Sales will oversee the comprehensive operations, expansion, and profitability of the designated region. This role entails managing a team of Regional Managers while ensuring adherence to corporate, regional, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L responsibility for the assigned region
  • Develops and approves regional budgets for sales and operational expenses
  • Ensures the implementation of corporate policies and procedures
  • Maintains high standards of quality and client relationships
  • Recruits, trains, and mentors Regional Managers
  • Negotiates contract renewals effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is essential
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership and contract negotiations
