Job Title: Marketing Automation Assistant

Join our team at Jobot, a national manufacturing organization with over 20 years of experience, as we seek a skilled Marketing Automation Assistant to help drive our digital marketing efforts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Automation Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content tailored to our audience's interests and industry trends, utilizing Sprout Social to schedule and publish posts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize the SproutSocial platform to create and curate engaging content, including Social Listening and Employee Advocacy initiatives.
  • Keep a pulse on social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to social media activities, generating reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and reach our target audience within the B2B sector.
  • Ability to navigate and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across the company.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation and personalization features within the platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop digital assets and resources that support sales enablement efforts, such as presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Develop and implement training and support to sales and marketing teams on digital tools and best practices, fostering adoption and proficiency.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Assist with supporting business marketing initiatives by coordinating and executing promotional campaigns and managing the distribution of promotional materials and items.
Requirements:
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Ad certifications or related platforms are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing enablement, or a related role with proven experience in social media management within a B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing enablement programs that drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for brand engagement (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong comprehension of marketing principles and common marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Ability to apply conceptual, creative, solution-oriented thinking.
