Sales Leader for MSP Cybersecurity SaaS

Our vision is to create a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To achieve this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform in early 2023, and continue to grow and expand our team, partnerships, and revenue.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead our outbound sales motion while gradually hiring and coaching a team of sales professionals.
About the Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and refine sales strategies.
- Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, to set the standard for the sales team.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance metrics, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Proven experience in selling to MSPs and a strong understanding of the MSP market is required. Experience with cybersecurity SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a sales team. Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proven success at developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
