Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Paradigm. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our integrated payments technology to our existing SaaS user base.

Key Qualifications
  • 1+ years of consultative, B2B sales experience with closing success in SaaS and FinTech
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Recent college graduate looking to jumpstart their career
  • Comfortability with cold calling to build a sales pipeline
  • Excellent written communication and conversational skills
  • Passion for sales and a self-driven sense of motivation
  • Team player mentality
