Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sherwin-Williams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the right products and services.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Sell and promote Sherwin-Williams products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers.
  • Participate in inventory management, maintaining stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops to improve sales and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle, if required by the store location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in paint and paint-related products sales.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
