Job Title: Medical Assistant Certified

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant Certified to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time Medical Assistant position available for our Thurston County Walk-in Medical Clinic, located in Olympia, WA. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Room and exit patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete all provider referrals for each patient
  • Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians' orders
  • Assist medical providers with charting office visits and ensure comprehensive patient care coordination

Requirements:

  • Washington State MA-Certificate or MA-Interim License with the ability to pass the exam within the 90-day probationary period
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hire date and maintenance throughout employment
  • EPIC experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
