We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc. in the USA market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business objectives and obtaining commercial targets within defined commercial accounts. You will utilize complex sales skills to guide prospects/clients through their purchasing decisions of Thomson Reuters products and services. Your primary focus will be on managing sales cycles from identifying prospects, working with internal teams to coordinate resources, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers post-initial sale for upsell opportunities and engaging with Director, V, and C-level executives. Key responsibilities include meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets, providing territory market and competitive information to Thomson Reuters for internal business decisions, and traveling 25% to 50% of the time. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for selling new business and building trusting relationships, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, and 5+ years of experience selling ERP, SCM, CRM, PTP, or other major enterprise back-office or mid-tier software solutions. You will also need strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry and the various layers and value impact to the P&L, as well as strong C-suite engagement skills and a track record of sustained and significant quota achievement. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive Results: Directly responsible for finding and building opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory
* Sales Process: Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal
* Building Relationships: Manage relationships of customers post-initial sale for upsell
* Closing: Meet/exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
* Client and Market Intelligence: Provide territory market and competitive information to Thomson Reuters for internal business decisions and positions

**Requirements:**

* Passion to sell new business and build trusting relationships
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
* 5+ years' experience selling ERP, SCM, CRM, PTP, or other major enterprise back-office or mid-tier software solutions
* Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry and the various layers and value impact to the P&L
* Strong C-suite engagement skills and track record
* Proven ability to execute innovative sales strategies
* Customer-oriented approach with strong skills in influencing, negotiation, complex problem-solving, and conflict management
* Experience working in a result-oriented, fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
