In this role, you will offer comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, which includes managing communications, scheduling, and various special projects. You will serve as a vital link between executives and their teams, clients, and partners.

Daily Responsibilities

Your typical day may involve:

  • Executing a wide range of administrative tasks for executives, including managing busy calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing expense reports.
  • Researching, prioritizing, and addressing incoming requests and concerns for leadership, ensuring timely responses to urgent matters.
  • Completing critical projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Managing competing priorities efficiently, proactively addressing issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Qualifications for Success
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent organizational and management skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the industry.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, subject to variation based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
