We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our business development efforts at Alta Resources, a leading provider of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external sales plan to drive revenue and profitability growth.
- Manage the business development function and lead a team of sales professionals in executing the sales plan through strategic prospecting, campaigns, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Supervise and carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, retain, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address and resolve issues.
- Support strategic initiatives and personal development, and apply Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years high-level sales experience (Director, VP, Sr. VP, or Executive level) with proven results is a must.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing, Call Center Outsourcing, and marketing analytics is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated abilities in advanced use of MS Excel.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.
