Business Development Director Job Summary

The Business Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving hospital growth and inpatient and outpatient census in the IRF and/or LTCH. This position oversees the inpatient admission process and is responsible for designing and implementing referral programs and customer service strategies that meet or exceed hospital goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement referral programs to increase hospital census
  • Design and implement customer service strategies to improve patient satisfaction
  • Oversee the inpatient admission process to ensure efficient and effective hospital operations
  • Manage and train the Business Development Team to achieve hospital goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement hospital-wide strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving hospital growth and improving census
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with referral programs and customer service strategies
