El Coordinador de Servicios Comunitarios I será responsable de supervisar programas, personal y servicios en cada propiedad dentro de una región asignada, siguiendo nuestra misión y valores fundamentales, así como el modelo nacional de programas de Servicios Residentes. Este rol implica visitar y trabajar en múltiples sitios. El candidato ideal demostrará compasión y tendrá una comprensión de las complejidades relacionadas con la falta de vivienda, las comorbilidades, el trauma, la salud mental y el uso de sustancias.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar, desarrollar y mantener redes y asociaciones con proveedores de servicios relevantes, organizaciones comunitarias y religiosas, empresas e instituciones educativas.
  • Implementar componentes centrales de programas/servicios según lo establecido en el modelo de programa residencial de Mercy Housing o cualquier otro modelo requerido por regulaciones, financiadores y/o necesidades especiales de la población atendida, supervisando el progreso hacia los resultados del programa en todos los sitios asignados.
  • Elaborar informes y comprender los resultados a partir de los datos de servicios a residentes; preparar y presentar todos los informes requeridos de manera oportuna.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Título universitario en un campo relacionado.
  • Un (1) año de experiencia en desarrollo comunitario o desarrollo de programas de servicios sociales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de programas y personal.

Requisitos Preferidos:

  • Experiencia laboral adicional.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Colaborar de manera efectiva con otros en un entorno de equipo, respetando y valorando las perspectivas y contribuciones de los demás.
  • Funcionar de manera efectiva en un entorno con diversas culturas y múltiples perspectivas y líneas de autoridad.
  • Competencia intermedia a avanzada en habilidades verbales, de escritura y de escucha.
  • Realizar funciones básicas de computación utilizando MS Word, Excel y Outlook.
  • Demostrar conocimiento en recolección y análisis de datos.
  • Motivar y supervisar efectivamente a otros empleados, desarrollando las habilidades del personal en apoyo a los programas e iniciativas de residentes y comunidades a través de capacitación y mentoría.
