Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of custodial staff in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities.
- Manage the cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including dormitories, workspaces, and recreational zones.
- Lead special cleaning projects and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff on effective cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Oversee the operation of the laundry facility, ensuring timely collection and distribution of linens.
- Participate in quality assurance inspections to uphold high cleaning standards.
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules in collaboration with the Steward Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a custodial or manual labor role.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Current ServSafe Food Handler certification is required prior to deployment.
- Valid driver's license and U.S. passport are necessary.
