Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, providing information and support as needed.
  • Build productive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives, consistently delivering high levels of performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred.
