Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Remprex. As a key member of our Technical Operations Center, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure the efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to drivers and customers via phone, email, and virtual communication tools.
  • Inspect shipping containers using high-definition images to identify damage and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist automated machine learning systems by validating shipping container markings and confirming the presence of hazardous labels.
  • Validate driver's license registration and provide virtual face-to-face assistance to drivers and customers.
  • Perform transactional research using proprietary systems to resolve issues for drivers in real-time.
  • Provide periodic remote surveillance and monitoring of automotive and intermodal yards.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Active-listening skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • High comfort level with virtual and phone communication.
  • Prior computer and technology aptitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Polish/Russian).
Work Environment

The Customer Service Representative will work in a highly technologically advanced environment with 36 monitors displaying live video feeds. The position requires long periods of sitting and viewing computer screens, with occasional bending, reaching, standing, walking, and carrying.
