Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any concerns they may have.
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions.
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, as needed, to meet customer demands.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Clean store equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets company standards.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, as needed, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options with customers to meet their needs.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient management of inventory.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be open and willing to help at surrounding stores as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
