Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Remprex. As a key member of our Technical Operations Center, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure the efficient and safe transportation of goods across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Validate Shipping Containers: Utilize high-definition images to identify damage and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist Automated Systems: Validate shipping container markings and confirm the presence of hazardous labels.
  • Provide Virtual Support: Offer face-to-face assistance to drivers and customers via our proprietary systems.
  • Answer Calls and Resolve Issues: Respond to phone calls from drivers, dispatchers, and on-site personnel to resolve issues in real-time.
  • Perform Transactional Research: Use various systems to research and resolve issues for drivers.
  • Monitor and Report: Conduct remote surveillance and monitoring of automotive and intermodal yards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Attention to Detail: Unwavering attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem solve and ask thoughtful questions to create solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Active-listening skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Prior computer and technology aptitude and eagerness to grow that skillset.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a Related Field: Preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/Polish/Russian) a plus.
