We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and determine their needs to present appropriate products and services.
- Sales and Merchandising: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, process sales transactions accurately, and consistently meet sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Operations: Load/unload delivery trucks, assist in making deliveries, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, suggest ways to improve sales, and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position; previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Technical Skills: Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
