Director of Sales and Growth

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and supporting existing key customers in the Intelligent Transportation Systems space.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Ouster. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and driving sales growth in the ITS market.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ITS market
* Manage relationships with key account decision-makers and influencers
* Lead the deployment of Ouster's Gemini-Bluecity intersection SaaS solutions for all of North America
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sensor deployments
* Identify new customer requirements and communicate them to product management and engineering teams
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Proven track record of exceeding sales and/or business development goals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and prospecting tools
* Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or degree in Civil Engineering is a plus
* Minimum five years in sales or business development in the Business to Government ecosystem
* Minimum five years selling into the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) space
* Ability to travel when needed
**Salary Range**
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
