About the Role

We are seeking an Armed Forces Personnel Specialist to join our team in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall welfare and well-being of our soldiers while ensuring they remain combat-ready and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide human resource support to ensure the readiness, health, and welfare of all soldiers.
  • Oversight of strength management and distribution actions.
  • Maintain emergency notification data and provide postal and personnel accountability support.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Enlist in the United States Army.
  • Be between the ages of 17-34.
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Meet Army height and weight standards.
Training and Development

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will undergo 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. You will also have opportunities for additional training in areas such as postal operations, airborne, or air assault school.
