Office Services Coordinator

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our mail and office services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between our mail and office services team and client departments, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels to the appropriate recipients and departments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Collect and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments, utilizing computer equipment or service provider tools as needed.
- Manage accountable mail using a tracking system, capturing signatures for every package delivered.
- Maintain inventory control of mail and shipment supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Provide backup coverage for other employees as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
