Job Overview

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our mail and office services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between our mail and office services team and client departments, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels to the appropriate recipients and departments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Collect and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments, utilizing computer equipment or service provider tools as needed.
  • Manage accountable mail using a tracking system, capturing signatures for every package delivered.
  • Maintain inventory control of mail and shipment supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Provide backup coverage for other employees as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
