Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at HR Pals. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and building strong relationships with our team members.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of California and Federal labor laws. You will be responsible for managing the overall strategy, administration, coordination, and execution of the HR function for each client, providing ongoing performance coaching and feedback to leaders, and handling all hands-on, tactical needs in all HR functional areas.

As a HR Manager at HR Pals, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Recruiting experts, and to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall strategy, administration, coordination, and execution of the HR function for each client
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching and feedback to leaders
  • Handle all hands-on, tactical needs in all HR functional areas
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with all team members

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of California and Federal labor laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
