Role Overview:

As the Senior Vice President of Production Operations at Cirkul, you will oversee multiple technical teams within the manufacturing sector, including quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance. You will spearhead the technical continuous improvement initiatives for Cirkul and devise strategies to enable the scaling of manufacturing operations to meet the growing consumer demand. This role includes managing several senior-level direct reports and participating in the manufacturing leadership team. You will collaborate with various manufacturing divisions, as well as finance, human resources, automation engineering, external suppliers, and supply chain partners to formulate and implement Cirkul's business strategies.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Achieving Results:
    • Direct multiple technical manufacturing divisions, including quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance.
    • Oversee the execution of Cirkul's quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Taking Initiative:
    • Lead the formulation and implementation of Cirkul's technical continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence strategies.
  • Decision Making:
    • Guide the development of the manufacturing technical and automation master plan, technical talent development program, and technical training initiatives.
  • Building Relationships:
    • Manage Cirkul's operational maintenance program and technical skill enhancement initiatives.
    • Identify and apply best practices across equipment platforms, problem-solving techniques, technical documentation, and operational processes.
  • Customer Orientation:
    • Develop and execute plans for equipment upgrades and obsolescence to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • 15+ years of experience in technical staff roles supporting manufacturing and achieving exceptional results.
  • 15+ years of experience managing equipment platforms, quality assurance, and asset management/lifecycle programs.
  • 10+ years of experience leading senior management teams.
  • Experience managing multi-site and/or multi-regional organizations or initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge encompassing relevant manufacturing excellence, engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance systems and processes.
  • High level of business insight to make decisions that yield multifaceted benefits.
  • Proven ability to translate broad directives into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated capacity to articulate a future vision and develop actionable, measurable plans to realize that vision.
  • Proficient in succinctly briefing executive leadership on business matters to facilitate decision-making and resolution.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Commitment to high standards and a deep understanding of complex business challenges.
  • Willingness to work diligently, ensuring tasks are completed, and demonstrating resilience.
  • Positive demeanor, capable of collaborating with various employee levels, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
