Position Overview:

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of the Syndicated Loan Market, with prior involvement in LSTA or similar working groups being advantageous. A strong grasp of market initiatives aimed at streamlining settlement and servicing processes is essential.

Experience in managing products across Syndicated and Commercial Lending Operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including clients and investors, and will have the ability to analyze and enhance operational processes for improved efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical base salary for this position ranges from $80K to $100K, depending on relevant experience and skills. Additionally, this role may qualify for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health and wellness programs, retirement plans, educational assistance, and paid leave.
