Job Title: Admin and Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary:

World Relief is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our Economic Empowerment team, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with diverse populations, and have a strong commitment to our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Economic Empowerment team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives to promote our programs and services to immigrant communities.
  • Develop and update program presentations and materials.
  • Ensure potential clients are provided with program orientation and understand program requirements.
  • Assess potential clients' documentation and determine program eligibility.
  • Enroll clients in our programs, including completing client assessments and intakes.
  • Accurately update and maintain WRS systems with client enrollment information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and community partners.
Requirements:
  • Mature and personal Christian faith.
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative work.

Work Environment:

• General office setting. World Relief also offers hybrid and remote schedules for limited positions.

• Great lengths of time working on a computer, reading from a computer screen, entering information, standing at a copier or fax machine, and some time on the phone or in virtual meetings may be required.

• Year-end archiving activities involve repeated lifting and bending.

• Physical, emotional, and intellectual demands.
