Strategic Process Solutions Development Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a highly skilled Strategic Process Solutions Development Manager to drive the growth of process spectroscopy solutions in the region.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and marketing of scientific instruments to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth of process spectroscopy solutions. You will work closely with colleagues in Corporate Accounts, Bioprocessing, and Customer Channels to increase market penetration and achieve sales revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the growth of process spectroscopy solutions in the region, focusing on Raman and NIR technologies.
- Build strong relationships with major decision-makers in Bio-Pharmaceutical, Chemical/Polymer, Oil & Gas, and Academic industries.
- Drive commercial teams through robust business development and support activities, including weekly sales calls, CRM utilization, and lead conversion.
- Journey alongside sales teams during sales calls, providing technical and business presentations as needed.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of account organizations, building trust and valued relationships with key stakeholders.
- A degree in a scientific or engineering subject area or equivalent direct experience with related college coursework.
- Confirmed experience in sales/marketing of scientific instruments or process engineering & monitoring.
- Experience in process analytical technology (PAT)/business development/marketing in matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of spectroscopy and process monitoring integration.
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Estimated salary range: $128,000 - $191,000 per year, based on Massachusetts location.
- Variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance results.
