Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $180,000 per year, based on the industry standards and location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Job Description

As a Strategic Data Applications Manager at e&e, you will work closely with business stakeholders and application managers to deliver high-quality data applications that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with business teams to understand their requirements and developing innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Serving as a liaison between divisions/functions and IT on projects and enhancements, ensuring technical validity of solutions
  • Creating timelines, facilitating collaboration between multiple departments, and following up with teams to bring issues to closure
  • Representing the Enterprise Information Management team in business/project meetings and communicating status effectively
  • Building solutions within the Enterprise Information Management department's architecture and framework for data ingestion and extracts
  • Participating in data strategy and road map exercises, business intelligence/data warehouse product selection, design, and implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 15 years of experience working in data/analytical environments
  • 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry, with expertise in multiple subject areas such as provider, medical/pharmacy claims, and membership
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in development and project management, implementing analytic applications across all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Good understanding of enterprise data and its use by business for analytical and operational purposes
  • Leadership/supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with business partners, as well as work with highly technical individuals
