About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Client Engagement Manager to join our A&G Customer Success team at Clarivate PLC. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of our academic solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

As a member of our Revenue organization, you will work closely with our Account Managers and internal teams to develop and execute tailored client engagement plans, delivering exceptional value to our customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders within our clients' organizations, leveraging your expertise to help them maximize the potential of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies, aligning with our business objectives and client needs.
  • BUILD and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level clients and influencers, fostering trust and credibility.
  • IDENTIFY opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions, working collaboratively with our sales teams to secure new business.
  • MANAGE and analyze product usage data, providing insights to inform client success initiatives and drive business growth.
  • PARTNER with our Product Management and Marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the academic or library market.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through strategic relationship-building and solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
