Job Title: Customer Enablement Specialist

At Advanced Technology Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining standard ATS processes for our customers and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain standard ATS processes for customers and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Communicate directly with assigned customers, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Partner with new and expanding customers to ensure seamless platform setup.
  • Process user account requests and log-in credentials; receive, upload, and validate client data, configure features, and deliver platform feature end-user training.
  • Prepare and present standard metrics and process documentation to customers and leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with solutioning, installation, support, and training teams to enhance standards, service delivery, and documentation.
  • Act as escalation point for the customer during start up.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to represent a professional services organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to engage and educate audiences.
  • Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing.
  • Understanding of condition-based monitoring platforms.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear.

The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
