Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Product Marketing to drive our go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting compelling positioning and messaging that sets us apart in a competitive market. Your role will bridge the product team with our GTM teams, translating messaging into impactful strategies to drive sales and revenue. You will lead marketing initiatives, aligning teams for successful product launches and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand the product marketing division to drive go-to-market efforts for our core platform and new products.
  • Foster collaboration between product, sales, and client success teams to achieve shared GTM goals and drive growth.
  • Develop targeted positioning and messaging for key personas and verticals to guide corporate strategy.
  • Act as the liaison between product and GTM teams to drive pipeline generation, revenue, and adoption.
  • Create sales tools, enablement resources, and GTM strategies to enhance sales productivity and accelerate deals.
  • Shape pricing and packaging strategies, introducing new business models and routes to market.
  • Work closely with Business Development to support partner sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and evolve a customer marketing program to drive customer advocacy and loyalty.
  • Act as a thought leader within the industry, sharing insights and expertise through various channels.
  • Lead research projects to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and develop a team of product marketing leaders and contributors.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience leading a product marketing team in a tech or SaaS company.
  • B2B SaaS and pricing experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical and marketing personas.
  • Knowledge of MarTech and the data ecosystem.
  • Track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Experience building diverse and mission-driven teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
