The Trust Product Marketing division within Meta Reality Labs spearheads inbound marketing strategies, product launch initiatives, and market growth efforts, all while adhering to our principles of responsible innovation.

We seek a seasoned product marketing leader who will play a pivotal role in guiding product development and executing go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge AR offerings.

The potential for impact is significant, but we must work diligently to inform consumers and a diverse range of external stakeholders about our vision for the future of computing.

Success in this role requires a blend of strategic insight, effective communication, collaborative spirit, and experience in product launches, particularly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Trust Product Marketing Lead - AR Duties:
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams (including Product, Research, PR, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Sales, and others) to deliver exceptional products.

Champion Reality Labs' positioning on Trust-related topics that are particularly relevant to the Metaverse (e.g., content moderation, representation).

Guide go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and policies, showcasing our commitment to responsible innovation to both internal and external audiences.

Identify significant long-term opportunities and strategic insights on product direction through market analysis, qualitative research, and quantitative data.

Pinpoint long-term prospects for features and products that enhance user trust and safety, informed by regional insights, market evaluations, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis.

Transform research findings and insights into a strategic overview of market trends for creators, brands, and consumers.

Oversee urgent, high-stakes decisions and communications regarding policy modifications or enforcement.

Essential Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in product marketing or a related discipline.

4+ years of experience in launching hardware and/or software products.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, either formally or informally.

Experience working closely with product teams to influence product strategies and roadmaps.

A strong combination of strategic product marketing capabilities and hands-on execution skills.

Experience with consumer research and a strong ability to leverage data and insights to shape product strategies.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, policy, or privacy, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience with wearable technology.

Proven track record of delivering products with robust consumer privacy and safety measures.

Understanding of significant consumer privacy regulations across various regions and their implications for consumer technology.

Experience with go-to-market strategies for enterprise or SMB sectors.

Compensation:
$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
