The Custom Compute and Storage Group at Marvell is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art semiconductor solutions utilizing the latest technologies.

We are committed to addressing the most challenging design issues in AI, wired and wireless communications, and other critical infrastructure applications.

We are seeking a seasoned technical program manager to spearhead multiple product development initiatives in cutting-edge technologies.
What You Can Expect
As an Engineering Program Manager within the CCS, you will take full ownership of customer-centric custom solutions.

Your role will involve leading the most intricate and advanced projects in the industry, collaborating with major players in the technology sector.

This position is highly visible and requires regular engagement with senior executives and technical leaders, both within Marvell and among our clients.


Key Responsibilities Include:
• Comprehensive program oversight throughout all phases: Planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production launch.
• Collaborate with a matrix organization across various cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure overall program success.
• Effectively escalate and manage issues to resolution.
• Monitor and control overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against established plans.
• Manage internal and external communications at both technical and executive levels.
• Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with 10-15 years of relevant professional experience. A Master's degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with 5-10 years of experience is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in program management within the semiconductor industry.
• Outstanding leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both customer-facing and internal interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional abilities in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
$139,900 per annum.

The starting base pay for the successful candidate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The expected base pay range for this role may be adjusted based on market dynamics.
