Position Overview:

The Finance Administration Associate Manager will collaborate closely with the System Chief Financial Officer to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the Finance Departments within Keck Medicine of USC. This role involves working with leadership to propel strategic business initiatives, spearhead process enhancement projects, and manage internal operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential leadership assistance to the System Chief Financial Officer
  • Provide strategic advice and insights for significant business choices
  • Oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to promote system-wide strategies
  • Evaluate performance metrics and suggest areas for enhancement
  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist the CFO during board meetings and presentations
Qualifications Required:
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in healthcare finance and strategic program implementation
  • Strong skills in project management and performance enhancement
  • Proficient in people leadership and change management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Process Improvement and Project Management
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma and PMP are advantageous
