The Campaign Operations Project Manager plays a crucial role within the Digital Lab team, contributing significantly to the Consumer CRM team by managing, executing, and delivering CRM projects across various consumer commercial brands.This position is responsible for a key franchise group, specifically in Oncology, and leads marketing initiatives for consumer brands, collaborating with cross-functional team members and agency partners to align and execute email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. The focus will be on the tactical execution of the campaign roadmap throughout its lifecycle to enhance performance and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily management of medium to high complexity brand CRM engagements, which includes developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely and flawless execution of brand CRM programs.Gain a thorough understanding of the business related to the respective therapeutic areas and brands.Collaborate effectively with various departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to ensure projects remain on schedule and all requirements are fulfilled.Proactively manage workload while continuously seeking improvements in brand campaigns to meet objectives and goals by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating findings to the marketing team.Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all ongoing work, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.Work alongside cross-functional and agency teams to establish processes for capturing requirements, obtaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying necessary data elements for campaign execution.Document change requests, inform the team, and understand the implications on timelines. Strive for standardization, automation, and process enhancements to achieve the team's vision of delivering faster, better, and more cost-effective solutions year over year.Conduct quarterly campaign audits and review campaign performance SLAs with CRM leadership.Identify any issues or concerns raised by the team regarding cross-functional and agency partners. Analyze issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.Monitor campaign performance and proactively offer recommendations to enhance engagement.Engage in the planning process with brands, internal cross-functional teams, and their respective agency partners. Maintain regular check-ins with each team to track actual campaign activities and manage resources accordingly.Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications while setting clear expectations. Create quarterly business reviews with brand and omnichannel leaders.Key Leadership Competencies:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, and Direct Mail marketing.
• Significant hands-on experience in client service, account management, or response management.
• Experience in digital marketing or interactive agency settings is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and address program-related issues.
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset when facing new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with current marketing automation and email delivery technologies, along with an understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Unica.
• Proven track record of successfully launching email campaigns and/or consumer programs.
