The Campaign Operations Project Manager plays a crucial role within the Digital Lab team, contributing significantly to the Consumer CRM team by managing the execution and delivery of CRM projects across various consumer brands.This position is accountable for a primary franchise group, specifically in Oncology, and leads marketing initiatives for consumer brands, collaborating with cross-functional team members and agency partners to align and execute email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. The focus will be on the tactical execution of the campaign roadmap throughout its lifecycle to enhance performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily management and supervision of medium to high complexity brand CRM engagements, which includes developing project plans, generating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders for flawless execution of brand CRM programs.Acquire knowledge of the business related to specific therapeutic areas and brands.Collaborate effectively with various departments and agencies during project development and implementation to ensure adherence to timelines and fulfillment of all requirements.Proactively manage workload while continuously seeking improvements in brand campaigns to achieve objectives and goals by analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating findings to the marketing team.Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing work, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.Work with cross-functional and agency teams to establish processes for capturing requirements, obtaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying data elements necessary for campaign execution.Document change requests, notify the team, and understand the implications on timelines. Strive for standardization, automation, and process enhancements to achieve the team's vision of delivering faster, better, and more cost-effective solutions year over year.Conduct quarterly campaign audits and review campaign performance SLAs with CRM leadership.Identify and address any issues or concerns arising from interactions with cross-functional and agency partners, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions as needed.Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide recommendations to enhance engagement.Engage in the planning process with brands, internal cross-functional teams, and agency partners, maintaining regular check-ins to track actual campaign activities and manage resources accordingly.Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications while setting clear expectations. Develop quarterly business reviews with brand and omnichannel leaders.Key Leadership Competencies:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, and Direct Mail marketing.
• A minimum of hands-on experience in client service, account management, or response management disciplines.
• Experience in digital marketing or within an interactive agency is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and address program-related issues.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with current marketing automation and email delivery technologies, along with an understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Unica.
• Proven track record of implementing CRM best practices.
• Demonstrated success in launching effective email campaigns and/or consumer programs.
