The Campaign Operations Project Manager is a vital member of the Digital Lab team, playing a crucial role in the Consumer CRM team to manage, execute, and deliver CRM projects across various consumer brands. This position is responsible for a significant franchise group, leading marketing initiatives for consumer brands, and collaborating with cross-functional team members and agency partners to align and implement email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. The focus of this role is on the tactical execution of the campaign roadmap throughout its lifecycle to enhance performance and efficiency.Responsibilities Oversee the daily management of medium to high complexity brand CRM engagements, which includes developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly meetings, and communicating with all stakeholders to ensure timely and flawless execution of brand CRM programs. Acquire knowledge of the business related to specific therapeutic areas and brands. Collaborate effectively with various departments and agencies during project development and implementation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and all requirements are fulfilled. Proactively manage workload while continuously seeking ways to enhance brand campaigns to achieve brand objectives by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating findings to the marketing team. Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing work, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Partner with cross-functional and agency teams to establish processes for capturing requirements, obtaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying data elements necessary for executing campaigns. Document change requests, inform the team, and understand the implications on timelines. Strive for standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever feasible to fulfill the team's vision of delivering faster, better, and more cost-effective solutions year over year. Conduct quarterly campaign audits and review campaign performance SLAs with CRM leadership. Identify any issues or concerns faced by the team with cross-functional and agency partners. Diagnose issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Monitor campaign performance and proactively offer recommendations to enhance engagement. Engage in the planning process with brands, internal cross-functional teams, and their respective agency partners. Maintain regular check-ins with each team to track actual campaign activities and manage resources accordingly. Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications while setting clear expectations. Create quarterly business reviews with brand and omnichannel leaders.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, and Direct Mail marketing. Minimum of years of hands-on experience in client service, account management, or response management. Experience in digital marketing or at an interactive agency is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and program-related issues. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to accepting work and new challenges. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with current marketing automation and email delivery technologies, as well as an understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem. In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Unica. Experience in implementing CRM best practices. Proven track record of launching successful email campaigns and/or consumer programs.
