The Campaign Operations Project Manager plays a vital role within the Digital Lab team, contributing significantly to the Consumer CRM team to ensure effective management, execution, and delivery of CRM projects across various consumer brands.This position focuses on a key franchise area (Oncology) and leads marketing initiatives for consumer brands, collaborating with cross-functional team members and agency partners to align and execute email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. The emphasis will be on the tactical execution of the campaign roadmap throughout its lifecycle to enhance performance and efficiency.Responsibilities
Oversee daily management and supervision of medium to high complexity brand CRM engagements, which includes developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly meetings, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely and flawless execution of brand CRM programs.Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business for the respective therapeutic areas and brands.Collaborate effectively with various departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to ensure projects remain on schedule and all requirements are fulfilled.Proactively manage workload while continuously seeking improvements for brand campaigns to achieve objectives and goals by analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating findings to the marketing team.Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all ongoing work, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.Partner with cross-functional and agency teams to establish processes for capturing requirements, obtaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying necessary data elements for campaign execution.Document change requests, inform the team, and understand the implications on timelines. Strive for standardization, automation, and process enhancement wherever feasible to realize the team's vision of delivering faster, better, and more cost-effective results year over year.Conduct quarterly campaign audits and assess campaign performance SLAs, reviewing findings with CRM leadership.Identify any issues or concerns that arise with cross-functional and agency partners, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Monitor campaign performance and proactively offer recommendations to enhance engagement.Engage in the planning process with brands, internal cross-functional teams, and their respective agency partners. Maintain regular check-ins with each team to track actual campaign activities and manage resources accordingly.Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications while setting clear expectations. • Experience in digital marketing or within an interactive agency is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and address program-related issues.
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset when facing new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with current marketing automation and email delivery technologies, along with an understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Unica.
• Proven success in launching effective email campaigns and/or consumer programs.
