  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to projects and tasks in accordance with contract requirements and applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, objectives, incentives, and attitudes to assigned staff to lead to a quality program.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure quality assurance directives are compliant.
  • Program Scheduling: Assist in defining and implementing program schedules.
  • Contract Management: Coordinate with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major or concentration in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or twelve (12) years equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communications systems.
  • Experience: Experience working at higher-level staffs; preferably Division level staff or equivalent.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of TROJAN system principles, concepts, methodology, and understanding of how it supports military operations. Ability to effectively communicate, interface, and represent the organization with senior officials and counterparts from other organizations.
  • Clearance: Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAWICD 704.
