Position Overview:

Aircall is seeking a seasoned Senior Field Marketing Manager to design and implement impactful field marketing initiatives alongside the North American Sales team. This role will involve collaborating with Sales to drive revenue, generate leads, and achieve the region's objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing department to create cohesive marketing campaigns, tailor messaging for local execution, and articulate the field's requirements for its market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute field marketing strategies that align with the regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns and integrated programs, coordinating with local sales teams to establish a sustainable pipeline.
  • Identify, plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of regional initiatives, including brand activations, partner collaborations, and trade exhibitions (both virtual and in-person).
  • Lead the creation of localized sales and demand generation materials (such as product videos, one-pagers, presentations, and customer testimonials).
  • Assess outcomes, analyze metrics, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in high-tech B2B enterprise software or SaaS is essential.
  • Expertise in the North American market, leveraging marketing strategies, along with experience in a global sales and marketing context.
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
  • Experience in crafting fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to the region.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think creatively and resourcefully in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000 annually
