Territory Growth Manager Role

This strategic position involves developing business plans to drive growth and expansion within a defined geographic territory or product line. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers and delivering a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to capture market opportunities and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on critical issues
  • Design product strategies to meet Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Analyze competitors and identify areas for growth and improvement

Necessary Skills:

  • Proven track record of selling technology solutions
  • Ability to understand how technology products address business challenges
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience

Compensation Details:

The estimated total target compensation (TTC) range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400, comprising base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split.
